Scope of Work

If the work requested exceeds the scope of our licensure or the scope of job site conditions required to complete the project requires multiple contractors. You will be provided a list of jobsite conditions that you will need to contract out for at your cost including but not limited to the following types of work: plumbing, electrical, finishing work,  drywall work, painting, construction, demolition, construction cleanup, concrete work, carpeting, tile or masonry work,  other flooring, roofing, roofing repairs, roof cleaning, window installation, window cleaning, sign installation or maintenance, lighting, sanitation, mold or asbestos abatement, biological decontamination, radiological decontamination.
