Scope of Work

If the work requested exceeds the scope of our licensure or the scope of job site conditions required to complete the project requires multiple contractors. You will be provided a list of job site conditions that you will need to contract out for at your cost including but not limited to the following types of work: 

• plumbing, 

• electrical, 

• finishing work,  

• drywall work, 

• painting, 

• general construction, 

• demolition, 

• construction cleanup, 

• concrete work, 

• carpeting, 

• tile work 

• masonry work,  

• flooring, 

• roofing, 

• roofing repairs, 

• roof cleaning, 

• window installation or repair, 

• window cleaning, 

• sign installation or maintenance, 

• lighting, 

• sanitation, 

• mold or asbestos abatement, 

• biological decontamination, 

• radiological decontamination.
