Quote Policy

Our quotes are valid for 30 days. Quotes are for exact services to be performed  any changes to design plans require a change order and may change the overall quote. Quotes are not always broken down by line item cost. Quotes may show a line item of materials to be provided. Costs of labor, installation, diagnostic startup may be included in quotes.  Deposits are required for all quotes. A payment schedule will be established based upon the amount of work to be completed. Work progress may stop for non payment or delayed payments.
